1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SniperEdge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

⚠️ SniperEdge AI provides trading signals for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Basic plan ($29/mo): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Lifetime plan ($250): One-time payment. Non-refundable after access is granted.
• Crypto payments: All crypto payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

6. Auto-Trading

If you enable auto-trading and connect exchange API keys:

• You authorize SniperEdge AI to place trades on your behalf.
• You accept full responsibility for all trades executed, including losses.
• We strongly recommend using a dedicated API key with trade-only permissions and no withdrawal access.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from auto-trading, exchange downtime, API errors, or signal performance.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and volatile. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share signal data without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SniperEdge AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
