30-day money-back guarantee

If SniperEdge AI isn't for you, email support@sniperedgeai.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No questions asked.

The short version

• 30 calendar days from your first charge. Applies to every plan: Basic monthly, any annual plan, and Lifetime.
• No questions asked. You don't need to justify the request, prove you tried it, or fill out a form.
• Card refunds go back to the same card via Stripe. Typically 5–10 business days to land, depending on your bank.
• Crypto refunds go back to the wallet you paid from, in the same coin (USDT). Network fees are deducted at cost — we don't mark up the fee.
• Access ends at the moment we process the refund. You can re-subscribe later if you change your mind.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@sniperedgeai.com from the email address on your account.
2. Include your payment ID (visible on your dashboard or in the Stripe / NOWPayments receipt) — this lets us find the charge instantly.
3. For crypto refunds, include the wallet address the original payment came from. We refund to the same address.

We respond within 24 hours and process most refunds the same day.

After day 30

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
• Annual plans: cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Pro-rata refunds are offered case-by-case for genuine product issues.
• Lifetime plans: the 30-day window is the refund window. After day 30, the purchase is final, but your lifetime access never expires.

Chargebacks

We'd genuinely rather refund you than fight a chargeback. If anything isn't working, email us first — we'll usually have a refund in your account before your bank's chargeback process even completes.

EU consumers

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We've voluntarily extended this to 30 days for every customer worldwide. Because SniperEdge AI is a digital service delivered instantly upon payment, you consent to immediate delivery at checkout. That consent does not waive the 30-day money-back guarantee on this page.

This policy is effective 2026-04-26 and supersedes any prior refund terms. We may update this page in the future; existing customers are grandfathered into the policy in effect at the time of their purchase.
