We collect the following information when you use SniperEdge AI:
- Account information: Email address and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe or NOWPayments. We do not store card numbers or crypto wallet seed phrases.
- Exchange API keys: If you connect an exchange for auto-trading, your API keys are stored encrypted. We never store withdrawal permissions.
- Usage data: Signal views, dashboard interactions, and general usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the SniperEdge AI service.
- To process payments and grant account access.
- To execute trades on your behalf if auto-trading is enabled.
- To send important service announcements (not marketing spam).
- To improve our signal algorithms and platform.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For card payment processing.
- NOWPayments: For crypto payment processing.
- Supabase: Our database provider (data stored in the US).
- Connected exchanges: Your API key is sent to your exchange only to place trades you authorize.
4. Data Security
Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We recommend you create exchange API keys with trade-only permissions and no withdrawal access.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@sniperedgeai.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
